La Joya Juarez-Lincoln High School

Seventeen students from Juarez Lincoln HS had the opportunity to compete with Region 1 schools at the Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) and as a result 11 students received the highest score of a 4 -superior rating and six students received a distinguish score of a 3. All works are displayed at the Juarez Lincoln HS Fine Arts department and will also be displayed in April for our District Art Exhibit in the Tabasco Room. La Joya ISD will be taking a little break to observe spring break from March 11-15. Classes will resume their normal schedule on Monday, March 18. Administrative offices and all campuses will be closed Monday through Friday, March 11-15. JLHS Esports club (CTG) represented our school, La Joya ISD, and LJISD Esports in the #SbySTech24 (Tech & Leadership Conference) by ESC Region One. Presentations: Digital Footprint, Manage an Esports Event, & Moral Panic in Technology. Next day, they managed the LJISD Tournament.
