players of the week 7

In a hard-fought battle against McHi, our athletes displayed unwavering determination and heart that defined the essence of true Husky spirit. Despite the challenges we faced, including a team riddled with injuries and a lack of depth, our players showcased their resilience and commitment to the game. Our coaches and players never once wavered or gave in to adversity. Instead, they pushed themselves to their limits, demonstrating the true spirit of teamwork and dedication.
Each player on the field was a testament to the power of perseverance. They fought through fatigue, injuries, and setbacks with an unwavering spirit that inspired everyone in attendance. Our team's refusal to back down in the face of adversity served as a shining example of what it means to be a true athlete.
While the final score may not have been in our favor, the real victory was in the hearts and minds of our players. They left the field with their heads held high, knowing that they had given their all. The resilience and never-give-up attitude displayed by our athletes are qualities that will undoubtedly serve them well both on and off the field.
As we move forward, we can take pride in the knowledge that our team's character and determination are unbreakable. With each game they  prove, regardless of the challenges they face,  when you have heart and refuse to give up, that is the mark of a champion.

The Month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  As we unite in the fight against McAllen Memorial, let us also express our support for those who are currently battling this disease and honor the memory of those who have lost their lives. A simple gesture of kindness, a message of encouragement, or participating in cancer awareness events can go a long way in offering hope and comfort to those in need. I encourage you to join us in raising awareness and supporting the fight against cancer throughout this month and beyond. Let us stand together, united in our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
